CrimsonCast LIVE – Episode 1

Join CrimsonCast as we discuss Indiana basketball in a live format for the first time. This week (January 17), we talk about the recent troubles for the Hoosiers and how they measure up with what other teams in the country are doing. We also talk about what they can do to right the ship, and where they currently sit in the NCAA tournament picture. Finally, we take a look at Nebraska, and talk about the Cornhuskers’ struggles on the offensive side of the ball. Galen Clavio hosts, joined by Matt Blaszka in the production chair and ChronicHoosier as guest panelist.

Announcing CrimsonCast LIVE

CrimsonCast is excited to announce the first live episode of our Indiana Hoosiers talk show, “CrimsonCast Live”, which will air from 9 – 10 PM this Tuesday. You can listen to the show by going to this URL. You can also check out the archives of past shows.

CrimsonCast Live will focus on all things Indiana basketball, and give Hoosier fans a chance to share their opinions on how the team is playing, what the media are saying, and what they think of the season thus far. Fans are encouraged to call in, and can do so at the number listed below.

For now, the show will run an hour (9 – 10 pm on Tuesdays), with occasional “special” shows later in the season. We won’t be running a post-game call-in show — for that, you should check out our own Spreecasts (for video), or the fine folks over at The Assembly Call (for the radio call-in format). But we will be bringing you the best in IU basketball talk, in a live format, for the rest of the season, and we hope you’ll take the time to join us on Tuesday nights. We will also be uploading our live shows as regular podcasts, so those of you who listen via iTunes can still catch all the CrimsonCast goodness that you’re used to.

You can also check out our regular Bracketology Show, live every Sunday from 9 – 11 pm.
