While Calipari and UK were very weak in demanding a neutral court, we should be playing what Southern IN Hoosiers (Those south of Hwy 50 and who listen to Louisville and Evansville stations) consider to be our biggest rival, UK. This was Crean/Glass’s decision not to continue on a neutral court. They should have agreed to it and played the game. They let a 1/3 of the state down.

John,

The reason I think our shot is next year, is because we will have the senior leadership of Hulls and Watford.

I think that losing them for 2013-2014 is going to be a bigger loss than people realize.

I want to see Yogi and the other freshman play a year in the B1G, before I just assume they can take the keys as sophomores and win it all.

For 2012-2013, all they have to do is be contributors to the team, which I think they can do and more.

I think the talk of winning it all next year is premature. The incoming class looks outstanding but they still need some time to play within the system. Should we be better next year? Absolutely. NCAA champions better? I don’t think so. If they can get Cody to stay through his junior year, the 2013-14 season will be the year.

Please don’t be so negative…we are bigger, stronger and faser and the turnaround starts today! At lease guys caught those passes, already an improvement over last year! And don’t think of the receiver getting hit right after he caught the ball, think instead our QB threaded the needle for a critical first down despite great coverage….get with the program you naysayer you!!
